Facilities

At Coxhill Farm B&B our luxurious double and twin bedrooms, both have en-suite facilities, freeview colour television, CD/DVD player and radio/alarm. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have outstanding views. Hospitality trays are provided in each room with a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Hairdryers are provided for your use. A selection of books and magazines are also provided for your enjoyment. Both of our rooms are double glazed and have individually controlled gas central heating. Guests are welcome to relax in the spacious lounge with digital television.

During the summer months there is a beautiful garden to relax in after discovering Dumfries and Galloway. During the winter there will be a warm, cosy fire awaiting your return.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory which offers spectacular garden and countryside views. A full Scottish cooked breakfast is provided, with a lighter option available if preferred. A selection of cereals, oatcakes, fruit and biscuits are also available for breakfast.

We have a garage which can provide secure storage for bicycles and outdoor clothing and ample off road parking for guests.
